Refund policy

Because each press-on nail set is custom made to order, all sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted for changes of mind, incorrect sizing information provided by the customer, or design preferences after the order has been completed.

If your order arrives damaged or there is a mistake with your custom set, please contact Eggroll Nicole Nails within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue so I can review it and make it right.
